Mystery Mail Order Process

Each Mystery Mail Pack requires a separate form for the recipient details.  For example, if you pay for 2 packs then after checkout you will need to complete and submit the form with details of the first recipient and then return to the form again to complete for the second recipient.

After checkout, you will receive an email confirming the order number.  This order number is to be entered into each form.

Can I play Mystery Mail solo?

Yes, if you struggle with any of the puzzles there is an online hints system to help you.

Can I send this to myself?

Yes, none of the puzzles are revealed until the Mystery Mail has been delivered to your door.

What picture formats can be uploaded?

The uploaded images must be one of the following formats:  jpeg | png | pdf.  Maximum image size = 2Mb

How do I upload a Gift Voucher

The Gift Voucher will be an attachment to the Confirmation of Order with Elude Escape Rooms you would have received.  Save this document first.  Then upload on the Order Confirmed Screen.

How long will the Mystery Pack take to complete?

The estimated time of completion is approx. 1 hour however this may vary between the different mystery mail packs.  Please click on the image of your selected pack to obtain this information.

How do the recipients get hints?

Enclosed in the Mystery Mail pack will be instructions on how to get additional help.

Will I know when the Mystery Mail has been posted?

We will send you an email to confirm that the Mystery Mail has been posted.  Please allow 3-5 Business Days for delivery.

When will the Mystery Mail be delivered?

Orders should be received within 3-5 business days.  Please note that Public Holidays may extend this delivery time.

What do I do if the Mystery Mail has not been received?

If the Mystery Mail pack has not been received after 10 days of receiving the confirmation then please contact us.
