- You means the person using this website or placing an order.
- Website means eludegames.com.au.
- Product means any item sold on this website.
- Order means a purchase made through this website.
- International means countries outside Australia.

By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are offering to buy a product from us.
All orders are subject to:
- product availability,
- confirmation of the correct price, and
- our acceptance of the order.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted yet.
Your order is accepted only when payment has been approved and processed.
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
4. Prices and product information
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, and prices are correct, but mistakes can happen.
If we find an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then choose to:
- continue with the order at the correct price, or
- cancel the order and receive a full refund.
All prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
Product colours may look slightly different on different screens.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using a valid payment method accepted by us.
You confirm that:
- you are authorised to use the payment method,
- the information you provide is true and correct, and
- there are enough funds available to complete the purchase.
We may carry out a payment authorisation check before dispatching your order.
6. Promotional codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or special offers.
Unless we say otherwise:
- each code can only be used once per order,
- codes cannot be exchanged for cash,
- codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen,
- codes must be used before their expiry date,
- codes cannot be added after an order has been placed, and
- promotional offers cannot usually be used with other discounts unless stated.
7. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers must be used for the purpose they were purchased for.
For example:
- a voucher purchased for an escape room cannot be used to buy shop or mailing items,
- a shop voucher must be used for shop or mailing items.
Please make sure you purchase the correct voucher type.
8. Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible on 02 8005 0077 or email mailorder@eludegames.com.au.
We will do our best to cancel or change your order before it is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee this once processing has started.
9. Delivery
Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
We aim to process paid orders within 24 working hours, where possible.
We will email you when your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, or other events outside our control.
10. Faulty products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at mailorder@eludegames.com.au.
If the item is faulty and is returned to us, we will provide a refund to your original payment method.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
11. When we are not responsible for delays or issues
We are not responsible for problems caused by:
- incorrect or outdated information provided by you,
- a full mailbox,
- failure to follow the website instructions, or
- events outside our reasonable control.
