On completion of your order there will be a link for you to complete a form. 

The form collects all the information for your party host page and guest’s addresses. 

You will receive an email confirming the order number and a link to the form.  This order number must be entered on the form.

Can I send this to myself?

Yes, none of the puzzles are revealed until the Mystery Mail has been delivered to your door.

What picture formats can be uploaded?

The uploaded images must be one of the following formats:  jpeg | png | pdf.  Maximum image size = 2Mb

How long will the Mystery Pack take to complete?

The estimated time of completion is approx. 1 hour however this may vary between the different mystery mail packs.  Please click on the image of your selected pack to obtain this information.

How do the recipients get hints?

Enclosed in the Mystery Mail pack will be instructions on how to get additional help.

Will I know when the Mystery Mail has been posted?

We will send you an email with the Tracking Numbers to confirm that the Mystery Mail has been posted.

When will the Mystery Mail be delivered?

Orders by Tracked Post should be received within 4-6 business days.

Orders by Express Post should be received within 2-4 business days.

Please note Australia Post are experiencing delays due to Covid19 please allow plenty of time for delivery.

What do I do if the Mystery Mail has not been received?

Please use the Tracking Numbers to monitor progress.

If the Mystery Mail pack has not been received after 6 Business Days, or 4 Business Days for Express, then please contact us.

How do I return to the form for submitting the recipient's details and uploading a photo?

Your order confirmation should contain a link to the Multi-Pack Form.
