Two of us played the Yin Yang room today which is their newest room. I cannot like it more! The atmosphere and props were amazing. The puzzles were challenging enough to be fun but not too difficult that you get stuck too often. Two people was perhaps a little too optimistic. A group of 4 seems to be a good number for this room for players with some experience. We did not make it out on time (by far!) but was allowed by the very nice owners to finish the whole game. Thank you! We loved it from beginning to end.
The clue system is via a computer screen and the game master is always watching and listening attentively. This is perhaps my favourite mode of clue system. Most puzzles are mechanical and hands on which is my favourite also. All in all, top room! Looking forward to playing their other room Framed.
Oooh also played their Beat the Box 20min “break into a box” game which was lots of fun also 🙂 if you have time, do that too when you’re there.
